Ferly Prado was born in São Paulo, Brazil, where she began dancing at her mother’s academy. She moved to the United States at age 12 to study at the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, D.C., becoming one of the first Brazilians to study there. She later studied at the Southern Ballet Theatre in Orlando, FL, and the Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles, the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. 
 As a professional dancer, Ferly has had the privilege to work with world renowned artists and companies like Beyoncé, Tina Turner, and Cher; and award shows such as the the Grammys, American Music Awards, the Billboard Awards, the Latin Billboard Awards, the VMAs, and ACMAs. 
 She has appeared in several music videos for artists like Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Chayanne. 
 Television and Film credits include Palm Royale, The Morning Show, American Horror Story, GLOW, Crazy Ex Girlfriend, The Late Late Show with James Corden, The Talk, GLEE,  The Masked Singer, Two and a Half Men, Behind the Candelabra with Matt Damon and Michael Douglas.  She has appeared in commercials for Skechers, Nissan, Emilio Adani, and Monari. 
 Ferly’s choreography graced many sets and stages including: Live Performances: DITA LAS VEGAS, Mariah Carey’s Las Vegas Residency, Katy Perry ‘Rock in Rio’, Goldeneye on ‘TINA:LIVE!’, I Love the 90s’ Las Vegas Residency, ‘Marilyn! The New Musical’. Television: The Rose Parade 2025, Big Bang Theory, Valorant Champions Opening Ceremony ’23 and ’24, Kids Choice Awards.

 Campaigns: Get High in Heels Commercial, Emilio Adani Commercial, Monari Commercials. Ferly has a passion for teaching and sharing how dance has transformed her life. Her Pradogy Dance Program is her way of carrying her mother’s legacy, who changed hundreds of women’s lives.

A passionate choreographer and dancer, Kristal specializes in hip-hop performance and R&B groove, blending the raw rhythmic influence of these genres. Known for curating and competing in dynamic dance crews, Kristal has choreographed performances that opened major radio festivals for some of the biggest pop stars in music. Kristal has assisted in choreographing the 2024 Kids’ Choice Awards, the Valorant Riot Games opening ceremonies for 2023 and 2024, and the grand finale float performance for the 2025 Rose Parade. Kristal has also taught vocalists at the Musicians Institute how to seamlessly perform alongside dancers, preparing them for live performances with a focus on synergy and stage presence. Driven by a commitment to authenticity and innovation, Kristal aspires to leave audiences in awe with visually stunning narratives while making choreography feel exhilarating for dancers and to create unforgettable moments where movement and music come together in perfect harmony.

My dream in life has always been to share my undeniable passion for helping others excel in all avenues of physical health and wellness; mind, body, and soul! After serving 4 years for the United States Marine Corps, I went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Health Science. Today, I proudly serve the community of San Diego as a certified Personal Trainer, boxing coach, and dance instructor for Ferly Prado Studios. During the many years I’ve spent leading both one on one, group, and dance fitness, I was also able to attain certifications as a Weight Loss Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and last but never least RockSteady Boxing for Parkinson’s Disease. Your girls got certs, on certs, on certs!!! Let me also state that DANCE, is my absolute HAPPY PLACE! My love for dance started while performing on elementary and High School Drill/Dance Teams, and led me all the way to performing with Texas A&M University’s Dance Arts Society while in college. As both a dancer and teacher for Ferly Prado Studios, I’ve been so fortunate as to continue thriving in my passion for dance by participating in various music videos, photoshoots, festivals, fashion runways, cabaret shows, and even the opportunity to check dancing a sold out show in Las Vegas off my dance bucket list!! For me, dance is freedom; it’s joyous, powerful, intimate, and it’s as great for the body as it is for the soul. Dance is truly a gift, and one I plan to expand and share for as long as I possibly can. So come meet me in my happy place, AND LETS F*CK IT UP!!

Jennie’s dance journey is fueled by her passion for expression and personal growth. It began on her high school drill team, where she discovered her love for movement but also honed her leadership skills serving as captain. Her journey continued with Redefined Dance Company in Austin, TX, where she spent 5 years training and competing in hip-hop styles. She then spent another 5 years training in hip-hop, jazz funk, and R&B styles at Soundbox Studios in Houston, TX. Jennie has taken her talent to major stages, competing at events like World of Dance in Dallas, Houston, and Chicago, as well as Dancers Paradise in Cancun, Mexico. These experiences have allowed her to push her limits, learn from others, and evolve as a dancer. Her love for performing was reignited when she performed at the San Diego Pride Festival in both 2022 and 2023, finding new energy and inspiration through the experience. In 2023, Jennie began training with Ferly, where she discovered a powerful sisterhood of dancers who continue to inspire and challenge her. Beyond performing, Jennie has also shared her love for dance through teaching, working with students in hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, and pom. She has taught kids and young dancers on and off, helping them build confidence, develop technique, and find their own joy in movement. For Jennie, dance is more than just steps - it's a way to connect with others, create powerful moments, and exchange energy with every performance.

Sarah Thomason graduated with a BA in Dance from Loyola Marymount University where she is now a Professor for their dance department. Sarah grew up dancing from the age of 4 in the styles of Ballet, tap and Jazz. In high school she was the captain of her dance team and went on to choreograph national winning routines. During College she was a part of an aerial and contemporary dance company.Sarah is now a proud teacher and member of the Ferly Prado Dance Company. She has choreographed several numbers for Ferly’s incredible shows including Glitz, which had its debut in Vegas in 2024 and has choreographed and danced in LA Fashion Week. Sarah continues to be mentored by Ferly Prado and is inspired by all of the amazing women who are a part of the Prado Company. Sarah is also the founder of the SET Method, a Pilates teacher training program for those that want to be a Superior Elite Trainer. She is a distinguished Pilates instructor in the LA area and has taught teacher trainings both nationally and internationally in Japan for Pilates enthusiasts. Sarah has certifications in barre and yoga as well, however loves how Pilates and Dance go hand in hand creating body awareness as well as a mind-body connection. Pilates allows Sarah to tap into her love of anatomy and kinesiology, while dance allows her freedom of expression. Sarah believes in the gift of movement not only for the health of the body and mind but as a means of staying humanly connected. Movement is a language and Sarah is eager to converse with her students and deepen connections through the mind, body and the soul.

"Hi! I’m Emily Kraszulyak. I recently moved from San Diego, where I’ve spent years teaching and choreographing for competitive studios, dance teams, and fitness programs. I’m also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, so I bring a well-rounded approach to both movement and fitness in my classes. I’ve had the chance to travel the world—whether it’s Japan, New York, Chicago, or Europe—sharing my love for dance and learning from so many different dance communities along the way. I’m passionate about helping my students feel confident, express themselves, and push their limits in every class. I truly believe that dance can help us all become the most empowered versions of ourselves, and I’m excited to work with each of you to do just that!
